- On receiving your Computer, keep in mind to make an uninterrupted unboxing video.
- You must keep a hard copy of the bill and other important documents.
- All packaging materials should be kept safe for reusability.
- It is highly recommended that you get earthing/grounding checked where the Computer will be used.
- Only use the original power cable supplied with the Power Supply.
- Using a multi-socket extension board is not advisable with your Computer.
- The use of a UPS is highly recommended to run your Computer.
- Precautions should be taken to avoid dust build-up in your Computer by removing dust on a scheduled basis.
- Avoid getting your Computer checked by any local shop/engineer.
- As per the parent company/service center, there is no warranty on physical and burnt damages.
- Windows Operating system installed will be a trial version unless bought from us directly.
- Bitkart Retail LLP or its employees will not be liable or responsible for any data loss when you have started using the Computer or during support calls.
- It is highly recommended to make back-ups for all your data before getting in touch with us for support.
- During remote access, if you do not want us to access your data you may disconnect the session entirely from your end at any time.
- Remote access support will be available after email approval has been recieved from your end,this information will also be relayed to your WhatsApp number.
- Bitkart Retail LLP or its employees will not be liable for damages to upgrades purchased from other selles for your computer.
- Upgrades to your computer shall be performed carefully as there is no warranty on physical and burnt damages as per the service center.
